Welcome to Heritage Meat - the home of Heritage Vintage Beef, Heritage Regenerative Beef and Heritage Venison - available to the public from our butchery in Taupo, and to the restaurant trade across New Zealand.
We work with exceptional farmers, who truly love their livestock and their land. We know that the best quality, healthiest and best-tasting meat comes from our best farms, so we reward them with a premium price for their hard work, respect and care.
Exceptional beef and venison straight from our farms to your kitchen
We offer our unique beef and venison by removing several links from the supply chain, taking the meat from our farms, and delivering it directly to your kitchen.
We supply some of New Zealand’s best restaurants, private chefs and luxury lodges, as well as the public through our Taupo butchery. Authentically restaurant quality. We can honestly say you have never had meat this good.
